The Location of the Academy
The Jedi Academy on Dac is uniquely set upon an underwater, elevated plateau.
At the base of this structure lies the Underwater Observatory, which houses the Hall of Tranquility. In this sacred hall, the Sepulcher of Memories stands as a symbol of the Order’s legacy.
One end of the hall features two meditation chambers that offer breathtaking views of the vibrant underwater flora and fauna, while the opposite end reveals the Mission Control Room, which affords a similar panoramic vista.
An elevator descends even further, leading to a submerged hangar that is home to the Academy’s submarines.
Adjacent to sea level is the secondary level, where the Garden of Sculptures connects a series of vital rooms.
On the western front, you will find the Artisan Room, the Room of Resources, the Med Bay, and the Oceanfront Classroom.
Facing south is the Sparring Ring, the dedicated area for teaching Saber Arts.
Toward the east lie the Mechanical Repair Room, the Dormitory, the Cargo Room, the Training Room, and the Advanced Training Room.
On the northern side is the Hall of Illumination, which also serves as an access point to the elevator that unites all the levels.
The third and final level is devoted to the pursuit of knowledge. Here, in the Jedi Archives, Jedi can lose themselves in the vast repository of lore and wisdom passed down through generations.
The Rooftop Garden offers a tranquil retreat amid unique flora that enhances the serene atmosphere. A smaller meditation chamber on this level provides a private space for reflection, while the Greenhouse—adjacent to the Cantina—creates a seamless connection between nature and fellowship.
Opposite the Cantina is the Council Lobby, which, through a secondary door, leads to the Jedi Council Chamber—a sanctum of thoughtful deliberation and momentous decisions.
Finally, a doorway opens to several landing pads, where the three “Dac Runners” are typically docked alongside various other Academy vessels.
